Sipahi uygulaması ("biz", "uygulama"), kullanıcılarının ("siz") gizliliğine önem verir. Bu metin, uygulamayı kullanırken hangi bilgilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve nasıl korunduğunu açıklar.

Hesabınızı oluşturmak, doğrulamak ve size ait verileri cihazlar arasında senkronize etmek
Antrenman takibi, istatistik ve raporlama özelliklerini sunmak
Arkadaşlarınızla mesajlaşma, grup sohbeti ve içerik paylaşımı özelliklerini çalıştırmak
Antrenman/hedef/müsabaka hatırlatmaları ve (izin verdiğiniz takdirde) push bildirimleri göndermek
Planlı antrenman günleri için hava durumu bilgisi göstermek
Bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman üçüncü taraflara satmıyor veya reklam amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz.
Verileriniz, Google Firebase altyapısı (Firebase Authentication ve Firestore) üzerinde güvenli şekilde saklanır. Hesabınızla senkronize edilen veriler yalnızca sizin erişebileceğiniz şekilde korunur; arkadaşlık, mesajlaşma ve grup özellikleri yalnızca kendi onayınızla bağlantı kurduğunuz kişilerle paylaşılır.
Konum bilginiz yalnızca planlı bir antrenman günü için hava durumu tahmini göstermek amacıyla, siz izin verdiğiniz takdirde kullanılır. Bu bilgi başka hiçbir amaçla işlenmez, saklanmaz veya paylaşılmaz; yalnızca anlık hava durumu sorgusu için kullanılır.
Sporcu/at profillerine ve sohbetlerde paylaştığınız fotoğraflar, cihazlar arasında görüntülenebilmesi için hesabınızla ilişkili bulut verinizde saklanır. Bu fotoğraflar yalnızca sizin ve (mesaj/sohbet söz konusu olduğunda) ilgili karşı tarafın erişimine açıktır.
Ayarlar menüsünden hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde, hesabınıza ait tüm bulut verileri (kadro, kayıtlar, mesajlar dahil) kalıcı olarak kaldırılır.
Sipahi, genel kullanıcı kitlesine yönelik bir spor takip uygulamasıdır. 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamıyoruz.
Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler olması durumunda uygulama içinden sizi bilgilendireceğiz.

The Sipahi app ("we", "the app") values the privacy of its users ("you"). This document explains what information is collected while using the app, how it is used, and how it is protected.
When creating an account:
First and last name
Email address
While using the app (optional):
Photos you add to athlete and horse profiles
Training records, scores, and notes
Calendar, goal, and competition information
Messages, photos, and polls you send to friends and groups
Your device's location, if you grant permission, so we can show weather forecasts for planned training days
A device-specific notification identifier (push token) so we can send you notifications
Automatically collected technical information:
Device type and app version (used solely for debugging and technical support)
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:
Creating and verifying your account, and syncing your data across devices
Providing training tracking, statistics, and reporting features
Operating messaging, group chat, and content-sharing features with your friends
Sending training/goal/competition reminders and (if you allow it) push notifications
Showing weather information for planned training days
We never sell your information to third parties or share it for advertising purposes.
Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase infrastructure (Firebase Authentication and Firestore). Data synced with your account is protected so that only you can access it; friend, messaging, and group features are only shared with people you have personally connected with by your own consent.
Your location is used only to show a weather forecast for a planned training day, and only if you grant permission. This information is not processed, stored, or shared for any other purpose — it is used solely for the momentary weather lookup.
Photos you add to athlete/horse profiles and share in chats are stored in your account's cloud data so they can be viewed across devices. These photos are only accessible to you and, where messaging/chat is involved, the relevant recipient.
You may permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings menu. When you delete your account, all cloud data associated with it (including roster, records, and messages) is permanently removed.
Sipahi is a sports-tracking app intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you within the app of any significant changes.
