Looking Along the Line. 20cmx25cm. Photography.
When I was taking the picture I didn’t really have much thought, but when actually analyzing and looking at my photo I realized that I wanted to take a nice high quality photo of a photo I found walking around and how I found it intriguing how all the plants were going the same direction showing how repetition and leading lines giving a different effect such as simplicity showing that it isn’t heck it.

What I wanted to do is to focus on the aspect of leading lines. When first seeing this I really liked how the thorns of this cactus went into different directions and repeated itself multiple times. I wanted to capture different angles specifically to show that no matter direction the leading lines and repetition of the thorns in the plant can always be seen.

When seeing this specific something that caught my eye is mostly on how all the lines were going the same direction and all had a type of texture to it as well. Something else I liked was how it had leading lines because everything was going in the direction even though some were shorter than others.

When I was searching for ideas I was searching something that was similar to what exactly I was investigating. Something I wanted to find something that had lines that complimented each especially since they are going in the same direction. I really wanted to get a close up on how leading lines is evident through the photo by showing the direction of the plant and the direction of the lines on the plant.
Blurred Through the Spaces. 20cmx25cm. Photography.
When taking this photo I was really looking for different perspectives of different plants and leaves. I wasn’t expecting the photo to become blurry because I was trying to master in focus for all of my photos. I think the blurriness adds a different effect to the photo because it’s not in focused like many of my other photos.
Just One Touch. 20cmx25cm. Photography.
I always wanted things to be focused and clear, especially when it comes to nature photos. Having the touch of water expressed how the life in nature is growing, me being able to capture really showed that nature is a truly element of its own form.
It's Placement. 20cmx25cm. Photography.
When taking these photos I really wanted to capture the direction of each of the plants were going. Something that was really inspiring was Elizabeth Camet one her pieces had leading line and repetition of lines, and I liked how she was able to capture something like that and able to show these at the same time.
Day and Night. 20cmx25cm. Photography.
For this specific piece I wanted to show the perspective of what it looks like when the weather as gone down and all there is left is branches without leaves or flowers. Taking my picture from high above allowed me to the perspective of looking up and finding nothing. Having the repetition of leading lines it allowed me show that this is ongoing throughout the entire tree.
Lines. 20cmx25cm. Photography.
Something I wanted to do when creating this piece is how the repetition of lines is seen through the human perspective. I really wanted to get the repetition of the lines and I wanted to put a person behind the plant and see how it would look with a person would look behind it and through this I wanted to see how it would be and stand out on a person.
Coming to Life. 20cmx25cm. Photography.
Who would've known that a girl like me, loud and crazy would be so invested in something so calm and intriguing. Taking this photo shows the calm and residing focus that I enjoy and the earthy and lively feel that I enjoy.
