These records are intended to be used for the purpose of law enforcement, and may also be used to track spammers, and others who pose harm to the site, or violate its rules; or analyzed in aggregate to produce statistical data. Our servers are designed to delete these chats after 24 hours.

Video Chats: It is also possible for other users to take screenshots of video chats, or to use third-party software to record them. We do not record and keep an archive of the video conversations.

Conversation: You can connect with other users on a more permanent basis and maintain a permanent conversation. These conversations are temporarily saved on our servers. We persist the messages you send and the times at which you send them. These records are intended to be used for the purpose of law enforcement, and may also be used to track spammers, and others who pose harm to the site, or violate its rules; or analyzed in aggregate to produce statistical data. The conversation messages are deleted once you end a conversation with another user. Messages within a chat expire and are deleted after 14 days.

Photos: Our servers are designed to automatically delete photos sent in conversations after 24 hours.

If you choose to provide information, you are giving Chat for Strangers permission to use and store that information consistent with this policy. If you provide Personal Data to the service, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Chat for Strangers and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States.
