Brief Bio

Hello, I am Sinjan Debnath, a Geotechnical Engineer currently working as Design Lead at BEST Geotechnics Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, India. I am also pursuing my Ph.D. part-time in the Department of Civil Engineering at IIT Kharagpur.

I have 5+ years of experience in various geotechnical research and industry consultancy projects. I am proficient in utilizing advanced geotechnical software packages such as PLAXIS (2D/3D), GeoStudio, and Geo5 for comprehensive numerical modeling of geostructural systems.

My areas of interest include Soil Dynamics, Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering, Numerical Modeling of Geotechnical Systems, and Application of Machine Learning Techniques in Geotechnical Engineering.
