ArtPuzzle (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a premium, offline-first puzzle game that transforms museum masterpieces into relaxing puzzles. We respect your privacy and keep data collection to the minimum required to operate the app.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights.

ArtPuzzle operates without servers. All gameplay data and settings remain on your device unless processed by Apple for purchases.

We store the following information locally on your device using iOS AppStorage/UserDefaults:

• App settings (sound, vibration, language, music toggle)

• Puzzle preferences (game mode, difficulty)

• Style unlock states

• Painting reveal progress

• Whether you own the “Full Unlock” or any individual style

This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.

1.2. In-App Purchases (via Apple)

All purchases are handled by Apple’s StoreKit.
We receive limited information such as:

• Product you purchased

• Transaction status (success, restored, revoked)

We do not receive:

• Your name

• Your email

• Your Apple ID

• Your payment card information

Apple manages all financial data according to their policies.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

Because all data is stored on your device:

• Your progress and settings remain until you delete the app.

• Purchase receipts remain stored securely by Apple.

• Local unlock flags stay on your device until the app is deleted.

If you reinstall the app on the same Apple ID, you can restore your purchases.

ArtPuzzle uses:

• Apple’s secure payment system (StoreKit)

• iOS sandboxing and data protection

• Local device storage (no external database)

We do not transmit or store data on external servers.

7. Children’s Privacy

ArtPuzzle is designed for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Although ArtPuzzle includes classical artworks that may depict artistic nudity, the app does not collect any child-specific data.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us and we will assist with removal.

Because we do not collect server-side personal data:

• We cannot access or modify data stored locally on your device.

• You control all local data by:

  • Adjusting settings inside the app
