The aim of the seminar is to bring together researchers from algebraic geometry,  topology, complex geometry and commutative algebra working with singularities. The seminar is supported by a Swiss National Science Foundation grant ``Topological, Metric and Algebraic Equisingularity Theory'' and by the Ministry of Education and Science.
