Travel to Constanta

External and internal flights arrive at the International Airport Otopeni “Henri Coanda”, Bucharest.

There are direct shuttles to Constanta from inside the airport (about 30 euros). Train is less expensive, about 15 euros, but one has to reach first the railwaystation downtown. Check the train timetable Bucuresti--Constanta.

To the railwaystation Bucuresti Nord: from the airport by train shuttle each 40 min, or by bus no 780 every ~30 min (can pay by credit card inside, about 1.5-2 euro). 

Local curency is "leu/lei" [the authorities insist to call it "RON" for obscure reasons]. The exchange rate is 1 euro ~= 5 lei.
