Singapore Pharmacometrics

Pharmacometrics is the study of quantifying interactions between drugs and the patient. While traditional pharmacometrics tends to involve mainly clinical data to understand outcomes, today’s bioinformatician is inundated with large amounts of big data. The aim of our lab is thus to develop novel pharmacometrics tools that can reliably incorporate big datasets to better understand biological impact of drugs and to translate these results into clinical application.
