Registration

To register, please fill out the form you can find here. Please do so before August 30th, 2024.

The registration fee for participants is EUR 50 (students) and EUR 100 (non-students).

The conference fee must be paid via bank transfer by August 30th, 2024. (We unfortunately cannot accept credit card payment, and we cannot offer a refund in case of cancellation.)

Make sure you indicate the “Transfer Reason/Reference” as specified above (code combining conference name and your name) so that our accounting department can correctly identify your payment. If for some reason you cannot pay via bank transfer, please contact us. If your fee is being paid by your institution and they need some specific information on the invoice, make sure to specify this on the registration form.

The price of the dinner is not included in the conference fee. Those attending the dinner will pay for their meal on-site. The approximate price is 35 EUR.
