Digo Apps ("we", "us", or "our") built Sindit as an ad-supported mobile application. The Service is provided by Digo Apps at no cost and is intended for use as is.

1. Information We Do Not Ask You to Provide

Sindit does not require you to create an account.

Digo Apps does not ask you to provide or maintain an account containing information such as:

Digo Apps does not sell users' personal information.

However, Sindit uses third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase that automatically process certain technical, advertising, analytics, and diagnostic information as described below.

2. Photos and Media

Sindit allows you to:

• Edit photos

• Add Sinhala and English text

• Add stickers

• Apply filters

• Create memes

• Create quotes

• Use templates

• Remove image backgrounds

• Apply supported AI art-style effects

Photos and images selected for editing are processed locally on your device.

Digo Apps does not upload the photos you select for editing or the images you create to Digo Apps servers.

AI background removal and AI art-style features provided by Sindit are designed to operate locally on your device.

Images that you save are stored in your device's gallery or storage and remain under your control.

If you manually choose to share an image using Android's sharing features, the selected image may be transferred to the third-party app or service that you choose. That transfer is controlled by you and is subject to the privacy practices of the receiving service.

3. App Content

Sindit may download content required for app features, including:

• Stickers

• Meme images

• Templates

• Quote layouts

• Design resources

• Other downloadable app content

This content may be delivered using Google Firebase services, including Cloud Firestore and Firebase Cloud Storage.

An internet connection may be required to download or update this content.

4. Information Automatically Processed by Third-Party Services

Sindit integrates third-party SDKs and services that may automatically collect, process, or share technical information when you use the app.

Depending on the service, device, configuration, consent choices, and applicable law, this information may include:

Approximate Location

Google advertising services may process your Internet Protocol ("IP") address.

An IP address can be used to estimate a general or approximate geographic location, such as a country, city, or region.

Sindit does not request precise GPS location for these purposes.

App Activity and Interactions

Third-party analytics and advertising services may process information about how you interact with Sindit, such as:

• App launches

• Screens or features used

• Ad interactions

• General usage events

• Time and date of app activity

Crash Logs

6. Advertising Choices

Sindit may provide optional rewarded features that allow users to receive certain benefits, such as temporarily reducing or removing advertisements, after voluntarily interacting with a rewarded advertisement.

7. Users in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Where required by applicable law and Google's advertising requirements, Sindit uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) or another applicable consent mechanism to present privacy choices.

Depending on your location and applicable requirements, you may be asked for consent relating to:

Where a privacy-options entry point is available in the app, you may use it to review or change your consent choices.

8. Firebase Analytics

Sindit uses Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase to understand general app usage and improve the Service.

Analytics information may include app interactions, device or installation identifiers, app information, and general technical information.

9. Firebase Crashlytics

Sindit uses Firebase Crashlytics to detect, diagnose, and resolve application crashes and stability problems.

Crash information is used to improve the reliability and stability of Sindit.

Firebase handles and retains Crashlytics information according to its applicable privacy, security, and retention practices.

10. Push Notifications

Sindit may use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications.

Firebase Cloud Messaging may process Firebase installation identifiers and related technical information necessary to deliver messages to the correct device.

You can disable Sindit notifications at any time through your Android device's notification settings.

11. Cloud Firestore and Firebase Cloud Storage

Sindit may use Cloud Firestore and Firebase Cloud Storage to provide downloadable app content such as stickers, memes, templates, quote layouts, and related resources.

These services may automatically process technical information required to respond to network requests and provide the requested content.

Your personal photos selected for editing are not intentionally uploaded to these services by Sindit's photo-editing features.

Sindit may use Google Play Services as part of its Android functionality and its integration with Google services.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the service involved.

We take reasonable measures to design and operate Sindit in a way that respects user privacy and protects information.

Information transmitted between Sindit and third-party services is transmitted using the security mechanisms provided by those services.

However, no method of transmission over the internet, mobile network, or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

18. Data Deletion

Sindit does not require user accounts and Digo Apps does not maintain a user-account database containing names, email addresses, passwords, or similar account information.

Photos edited through Sindit remain on your device and can be deleted using the app, your device's gallery, or your device's file-management features as applicable.

Technical information processed by third-party providers is subject to those providers' data-management and retention practices.

Sindit is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13 or any higher minimum age required by applicable law in a user's country.
