SimuStation Labs ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile applications PS4 Simulator and PS5 Simulator (collectively, the "Apps"), available on Google Play.

By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not directly collect, store, or process any personal data from users of our Apps.

However, our Apps integrate with third-party services provided by Google that may automatically collect certain information. This data is collected and handled by Google, not by SimuStation Labs.

The third-party services we use are:

• Google AdMob – for displaying advertisements

• Firebase Analytics – for understanding app usage and performance

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) – for sending push notifications

Types of data that may be collected by these services include:

• Device or other IDs (such as advertising ID, Firebase Installation ID, or instance ID)

• App activity and usage data (e.g., interactions, session duration, events)

• Crash logs and diagnostics (if crashes occur)

• Device information (e.g., device model, OS version, app version)

• IP address (used by AdMob for approximate location and ad delivery)

We do not have access to most of this data in an identifiable form.

2. How This Data Is Used

The information collected by the third-party services is used for the following purposes:

• AdMob: To display advertisements (including personalized ads where permitted), measure ad performance, and generate revenue for us.

• Firebase Analytics: To analyze how users interact with the Apps, monitor performance, identify trends, fix bugs, and improve the user experience.

• Firebase Cloud Messaging: To deliver push notifications and important updates about the Apps.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data.

The data collected is processed by Google (as a service provider) in accordance with their privacy policies. Google may use the data for its own purposes as described in its policies (e.g., improving its services, security, or advertising).

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

4. Data Security

Although we do not directly handle personal data, the third-party services we use (Google) apply industry-standard security measures, including encryption of data in transit. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used our Apps in a way that may have resulted in data collection by Google services, please contact us immediately. We will take reasonable steps to address the situation.

Note for parents: Google AdMob and Firebase services may collect non-personal data even in general-audience apps. If you have concerns, you can manage ad personalization settings on your device.

6. User Rights and Data Deletion

Since we do not directly collect or store your personal data, we cannot directly fulfill requests to access, delete, or correct data.

However, you can:

• Reset your advertising ID on your device (this limits personalized advertising).

• Disable push notifications in your device settings.

• Contact Google directly regarding data collected by their services (see links below).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
