Privacy Policy
Effective date: 05/09/2025
1) Who I am
This Privacy Policy explains how Muhammad Saad (“I”, “me”, or “Developer”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use my mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Apps”), and any website or support channels I operate (the “Site”).
If you are under a company/organization, this policy applies to me as an individual developer, not a corporation.
2) Your consent
By downloading, accessing, or using the Apps/Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps/Site. You can withdraw consent at any time by using in-app privacy controls (where available) or by contacting me at saad.zhch@gmail.com
3) Children’s privacy (COPPA)
My Apps are not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If I learn that I have collected personal information from a child under 13, I will delete it promptly. Parents/guardians who believe this has occurred should contact me at saad.zhch@gmail.com
4) Information I collect
A. Non-Personal / Anonymous Data
I may collect data that does not directly identify you, such as:
Device and technical details (model, OS version, screen size, language, time zone).
App usage events (session length, features used, in-app screens, crash logs, performance data).
General location (country/region inferred from IP or device settings).
Advertising identifiers and analytics identifiers (e.g., IDFA/IDFV on iOS).
This helps me run analytics, improve stability and performance, and show non-personalized or contextual ads.
B. Personal Data (limited)
I generally do not collect data that directly identifies you. However, you may voluntarily provide information when you:
Contact support (email address, message content, attachments).
Make purchases: Apple processes in-app purchases (IAP). I do not receive your full payment details. I may receive non-sensitive transaction metadata (e.g., product ID, purchase status) to deliver the item and prevent fraud.
C. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
Some partners may request permission to track activity across apps/websites (for ads/measurement). On iOS, you can Allow or Ask App Not to Track in the ATT prompt. If you decline, the app will limit data sharing for personalized advertising; you may still see ads, but they will be less tailored.
5) How I use information
Provide and operate the Apps/Site (including cloud saves, feature functionality, bug fixes, security).
Analytics & research (to understand usage, improve gameplay/features, balance, and performance).
Advertising & cross-promotion (to fund free content and show offers for my other Apps).
Customer support (respond to requests, troubleshoot problems).
Legal & safety (detect/avoid fraud, enforce terms, comply with law).
Legal bases (where applicable): consent, legitimate interests (e.g., app security/analytics), performance of a contract (providing the service), and legal obligations.
6) Sharing of information
I may share information with:
Service providers/SDKs that help deliver features such as analytics, ads, cloud services, crash reporting, and push notifications.
Advertising partners to show ads and measure their effectiveness (subject to your ATT choice on iOS).
Authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
Other recipients with your consent or as part of a merger/transfer of assets (unlikely for an individual developer, but included for completeness).
I require partners to process data only for my specified purposes and to apply appropriate safeguards.
7) Third-party SDKs & links
The Apps may include third-party SDKs and links. Their data practices are governed by their own policies. Common partners I may use (not all SDKs are in every App):

Tip: Keep only the SDKs you actually use for each app’s privacy policy.
8) Advertising & your choices
Personalized ads may use identifiers (e.g., IDFA), general location, and app events.
Device-level controls: You can reset/limit ad tracking in iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.
In-app controls: If provided, you can opt out of personalized ads/analytics from the in-app Privacy or Settings screen. Opting out means you’ll still see ads, but they should be less tailored.
9) Data retention & deletion
I keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
You may request deletion of support emails or app-linked data by contacting saad.zhch@gmail.com. I may ask for information (e.g., app name, device ID) to locate your records. I will also ask partners to delete associated data where feasible.
10) International transfers
Data may be processed on servers outside your country. I take reasonable steps so that transfers comply with applicable laws and include appropriate safeguards.
11) Security
I use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
12) Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact saad.zhch@gmail.com. I will respond within a reasonable time.
13) Websites & external links
Ads or links in the Apps/Site may take you to third-party websites or stores. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies.
14) Changes to this policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will post the updated version and change the “Effective date” above. Material changes may be highlighted within the App/Site.
