The "Easy" way. You must download an executable file and run it. 

You will need to give it permission trough your antivirus and windows prompt. 

The "Hard" way. 

Given the common use of XLL files to develop malware, Microsoft blocks the download and opening of this kind of files making the process a bit too complicated. 

You must: 

1- Download the matching version according to your excel settings (32-Bit or 64-Bit). 

2- Unblock the downloaded files from the Windows Explorer

3- Import the certificate to the "Trusted Publishers" in order to allow excel to open  the files.

4- Open the downloaded file.

Select a single one or download both in a ZIP file (you must use the correct one matching your Excel version)

Microsoft is blocking by default XLL files downloaded from Internet. Follow the microsoft instructions to unblock it. Link:https://support.microsoft.com/

Download the certificate and open it. If it opens in an explorer just save the content to a file like Simulacion.crt

Open it and follow the steps below.

Open the XLL file either by double clicking it or trough excel File-->Open Menu. 

Once all the steps are finished you will have a new Menu in the Excel Ribbon called Simulacion 5.0
