Given the common use of XLL files to develop malware, Microsoft blocks the download and opening of this kind of files making the process a bit too complicated.
You must:
1- Download the matching version according to your excel settings (32-Bit or 64-Bit).
2- Unblock the downloaded files from the Windows Explorer
3- Import the certificate to the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" in order to allow excel to open the files and Enable VBA Macros & Add-in usage in your excel.
4- Open the downloaded file.

Select a single one or download both in a ZIP file (you must use the correct one matching your Excel version)
* Compatible with Microsoft Excel 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016,2019 & 365.

Microsoft is blocking by default XLL files downloaded from Internet. Follow the microsoft instructions to unblock it. Link:https://support.microsoft.com/

Download the certificate and open it. If it opens in an explorer just save the content to a file like Simulacion.crt
Open it (by double-clicking it) and follow the steps below
Alternatively you can load it using de windows certificate manager by running certmgr.msc on the command line
Go to Excel File --> Options --> Trust Center --> Trust center settings --> Macro Settings and check "Enable VBA macros (not recommended...." "
Enable add-ins
Go to Excel File --> Options --> Trust Center --> Trust center settings --> Add-ins and un-check "Disable notifications... " and un-check "Disable all application...".
Optional un-check "Requiere Application.....".
If left checked, will request to enable the add-in each time Excel opens as shown below.
Manual Install: 4 - Open the downloaded file
Open the XLL file either by double clicking it or trough excel File-->Open Menu.
Once all the steps are finished you will have a new Menu in the Excel Ribbon called Simulacion 5.0
