Instructions:
Fill out numbers in the designated F column and other squared cells to input income and various expenses.
Sum the income for all Sims aged 18 and above in the case of marriage or legal living arrangements.
Explore additional expense categories to tailor the financial profile of your Sims according to your playstyle.
Income (Column F):
Input the total income for every Sim aged 18 and above, considering both wages, welfare... and profits from any businesses. Use the sum if Sims are married or live together in a legal living arrangement.
Benefits Work (Column F):
Enter any additional benefits received from work, such as meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, or a company car.
Working from Home (Column F):
If your Sim can work from home, input the amount received from their employer, up to a maximum of $120, to cover expenses like electricity used for work.
Transport to Work (Column F):
If Sims use carpool or go on foot..., enter $10/day. For Sims with their own car, input $30/day.
Underaged/School Children (Column F):
Specify the number of children below 18 or those still attending school/college. (Only once per household).
Interest Mortgage (Column F):
If your Sims have a mortgage, input the annual interest paid.
Solar Panels (Column F):
Enter the amount paid for new solar panels in the current year.
Trash Compactor (Column F):
Input the amount paid for a trash compactor during the year.
Buying a Bike (Column F):
Specify the amount spent on purchasing a bike.
Clothing (Column F):
Input the total expenses on clothing for the Sims during the year.
50% Renovation (Max $5000) (Column F):
Fill in the amount, up to $5000, spent on renovations for an existing house during the year.
Expenses Business (Column E & F):
Enter expenses related to business activities, such as dinners with coworkers if the sim is an employee.
If the sim is a business (co-)owner, only fill out the expenses spent for the business (business trip...). If there's more than one owner (not possible in game, you need to keep track of that on the side), also put in the percentage of ownership.
Child/Elder Daycare (Column F):
Specify the amount spent on daycare services for children, elders... (Mods like these: https://s2idownloads.blogspot.com/p/the-essentials.html eg pre-school, Senior Centre, the nanny...)
Fitness/Gym (Column F):
Input the expenses related to fitness activities or gym memberships.
Food Gardening (Column F):
Specify the amount spent on food gardening-related expenses. (Eg: seeds to grow fruit and vegetables.)
Service NPC's (Column F):
Enter the expenses related to hired NPCs, such as gardeners or housekeepers.
Family Graves (Column F):
Specify any expenses related to family graves, including buying the grave, maintenance, funerals, flowers, etc.
50% Wedding & Honeymoon (Column F):
Motivate Sims to get married and go on a honeymoon by filling in the expenses related to these events.
Note: Feel free to customize the financial profile of your Sims by inputting values in these categories based on your preferred playstyle, desired level of realism and challenge. Meaning you don't need to use all the categories. Just the ones you like for your playstyle.
