Playable Grim Reapers cannot be selected as a part of the group during meetings, if a Grim Reaper from a household is currently on another lot, it cannot be ordered to come to current lot unless teleported with modifications or selected on it's current lot and ordered to travel, however, Grim Reapers can be invited by non-household sims through a phone, and Grim Reaper himself can invite other sims on a meeting through a phone.

In the sims 2, he felt like one of many grim reapers, it never felt like there was just 1. In the sims 3, he feels like an evil mastermind who creates ghosts, they made him appear as evil as the devil, he does the creepy chant, but then he turns them into ghosts and the Sim THANKS him for doing that. No interactions except plead.

In the sims 4, Grim appears as a more monk like figure and is similar to sims 2 grim, but he also retains aspects from 3, it seems like he reaps souls and then absorbs the souls himself. Rather then letting Heaven or whatever do it. But that isn't my complaint. I HATE how they were so lazy they just made him into another sim, you can flirt with him, propose, kiss, call, etc. This completely ruined his dark and mysterious character.
