I am Simran and I am actively searching for roles as a backend Software Engineer!
I graduated from IIT Guwahati in 2019 and was working as an SDE at Amazon. I am currently pursuing a MS in CS at UC San Diego and have interned at Meta as a Software Engineer during summer 2022.
I enjoyed working as an SDE and would like to continue my career in the same. I have extensive experience in designing algorithms and making systems scalable and efficient. I am well-versed in Python and C++, and can write code in Java, Matlab, Haskell, and Scala.
Besides my research interests, I love reading, travelling and an occasional fourteen hour binge-watch of my favourite TV shows (Suits) !
