Scientific papers, case reports and revisions of literature will only be accepted if they are within the areas of study of interest to this Meeting (Pets and wild animals). The relevancy of the theme and the quality of the manuscript will be judged and approved by the scientific committee.

The three abstracts with best punctuation of each of the three categories (scientific papers, case reports and revisions of literature) will be rewarded with honorable mention on the Report of the event.

The Scientific Committee informs that the criteria of evaluation includes: diligence to grammatical and format norms, recent and pertinent literature, clear goals, careful description of the methodology or reported cases (to which they pertain), consistent arguments and conclusion or final considerations.

The abstracts that do not fulfill the bare minimum of the criteria established by the Scientific Committee will be refused. Papers that allow for punctual corrections will be accepted with corrections and the presenting author (the one who submitted it) will have up to 48 hours after the e-mail from the Committee is sent to send it again with all the related mistakes corrected.

In case the paper is approved, it will be showcased in the digital poster format, which must be sent to the following e-mail: cientificogepaufj@gmail.com.
