Terms & Conditions

1.Payment Policy

• A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure your order.

• Full payment is due no later than 24 Hours before pickup or delivery.

• Orders will not be started until the deposit is received.

2.Custom Orders & Design

• All custom items are made to order.

• While I strive to match inspiration photos, exact replicas are not guaranteed.

• Colors, decorations, and final presentation may vary slightly.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds are only issued if i am unable to fulfill your order.

4. Order changes

• Changes must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

• Last-minute changes may not be possible and may incur extra charges.

5.Pickup Policy

• Pickup is by appointment only at an agreed time in Moncks Corner.

• Please arrive on time.

• Once the order is picked up, full responsibility transfers to the customer.

6. Delivery Policy

• Delivery may be available for an additional fee.

• I am not responsible for damage once the order has been delivered and accepted.

7. Allergies & Food Safety

• Products may contain or come into contact with: Wheat (gluten), Dairy, Eggs, NutS

• Customers are responsible for informing me of any allergies before ordering.

8. Storage & Handling

• Cakes and baked goods must be stored properly (e.g., refrigerated if required).

• I am not responsible for damage due to: Improper storage, Transportation after pickup, Exposure to heat or sunlight

9. Pricing & Quotes

• Prices are subject to change at any time.

• Quotes are valid for 7 days.

• Final pricing depends on size, design, and ingredients.

10. Photography & Marketing

• I reserve the right to photograph my work and use images for:

  • Social media

  • Advertising

  • Portfolio purposes

11. Right to Refuse Service

• I reserve the right to decline any order that:

  • Conflicts with my policies

  • Cannot be safely or reasonably completed
