Simply General Terms and Conditions

1. Simply collects your name and email address, and store the data in our database.

2. All Simply services only take cash for payments.

3. Simply has the right to not serve you without a given reason.

4. Simply customers must be 12 years or older to order/use a Simply service.

5. Simply receipts are digital and sent by email.

6. Simply prices, discounts and offers are subject to change.

7. Simply will not take responsibility or liability if there is an incident between a Simply worker and a customer.

8. Simply will not take liability if an item or a prize gets damaged during transit.

9. All Simply designs, logos, advertisements, websites, etc. are protected by the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988 unless stated otherwise. All rights reserved.
