Simply Sweet: Terms and Conditions

1. Simply Sweet collects your name and email address and stores the data in our database.

2. Simply Sweet only takes cash for payments.

3. Simply Sweet has a NO RETURNS Policy.

4. Winning prizes with Simply Sweet can only be qualified with proof of a receipt unless stated otherwise.

5. Simply Sweet orders can take up to 3 days to be delivered.

6. Simply Sweet has the right to not serve you without a given reason.

7. Simply Sweet does not take liability if the item ordered does not satisfy the customer.

8. Simply Sweet will not take liability if a prize won or item(s) ordered gets damaged during transit.

9. Simply Sweet promotions' prizes cannot be replaced or exchanged for money.

10. Simply Sweet has a delivery charge of 50p, per £3 spent (17p per £1). Unless you have Premium

11. Simply Sweet Customers must be 12 years or older to order.

12. If an item is ordered but is unavailable, the item will be substituted for something similar.

13. Simply Sweet receipts are digital and sent by email.

14. Simply Sweet prices, discounts and offers are subject to change.

15. Simply Sweet will not take responsibility or liability if there is an incident between a Simply worker and a customer.

16. Simply Sweet will not take responsibility or liability if a customer consumes an item ordered with us, and receives an allergy attack and/or any others irritants.
