1. Simply Premium collects your name and email address, and stores the data in our database.

2. Simply Premium only takes cash for payments.

3. Simply Premium has a membership price of £3/per month.

4. Simply Premium has a NO REFUND policy.

5. Simply Premium benefits can only be redeemed if you have an account.

6. Simply Premium benefits can only be redeemed when ordering with Simply Sweet or Simply Deliver.

7. Simply Premium has the right to not allow you to make an account without a given reason.

8. Simply Premium Customers must be 12 years or older to register for a membership.

9. Simply Premium prices, discounts and offers are subject to change.
