1. Simply Deliver collects your name and email address, and stores the data in our database.

2. Simply Deliver only takes cash for payments.

3. Simply Deliver has a NO REFUND Policy.

4. Winning prizes with Simply Deliver can only be qualified with proof of a receipt.

5. Simply Deliver orders can take up to 5 days to be delivered.

6. Simply Deliver has the right to not serve you without a given reason.

7. Simply Deliver has a delivery charge that varies for different weights. Unless you have Premium

9. Simply Deliver receipts are digital, and sent by email.

10. Simply Deliver prices, discounts and offers are subject to change.

11. Simply Deliver will not take responsibility or liability if there is an incident between a Simply worker and a customer.
