Gigasonet ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SimplifyTask: AI ToDo List mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1. Data Collection and Storage We prioritize your privacy. All of your personal tasks, goals, and subtasks are stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage. We do not maintain a central database of your user data, nor do we require an account creation or login to use the core features of the App.

2. AI Processing (Third-Party Services) To provide the "Simplify with AI" feature, the text you enter as a goal is securely transmitted to our AI provider (NVIDIA API) solely for the purpose of generating subtasks. This text is processed temporarily and is not stored, used for training, or linked to your personal identity by us.

3. Account and Data Deletion Because SimplifyTask: AI ToDo List operates completely without user accounts and stores data locally on your device, we do not hold your data on our servers. To completely delete all of your data:

• Open the App, navigate to Settings, and tap "Clear local tasks".

4. Advertising We may use third-party advertising companies (such as Google AdMob) to serve ads when you visit the App. These companies may use your device's Advertising ID to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
