3. Mobile ID:

   • We collect your mobile device's unique ID (IMEI or other device identifiers) to prevent multiple installations of the app on different devices by the same user. This is to protect the integrity of the attendance system and ensure that each user can only use one device for attendance tracking. Your Mobile ID is not shared with any third parties and is kept secure.

Children's Privacy

Our application is intended solely for individuals aged 18 years or older. It is exclusively available to our staff members and outsourced employees. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

To activate the app, users must provide their employee code and mobile number. This ensures that only authorized personnel can access the app. If we learn that a user under the age of 18 has inadvertently provided personal data, we will take steps to remove that data from our systems and restrict access to the app.
