2. DOCUMENTS AND USER CONTENT
Books, chapters, text and other documents created with Simple Book Creator are stored locally on the user's device.Simple Book Creator and Joferval do not operate a cloud storage service for the contents created inside the application.The text of your books and documents is not intentionally uploaded to servers operated by Simple Book Creator or Joferval.Simple Book Creator does not require users to submit the contents of their books, chapters or documents to Joferval in order to use the application.When the user chooses to export, share, print or otherwise transfer a document, the destination and handling of that document depend on the option selected by the user and on the operating system, applications or third-party services used for that action.For example, a user may choose to save or share a PDF or EPUB file using Apple's system sharing interface, Files, AirDrop, email, cloud storage or another installed application. Any processing performed by those external services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important documents.Deletion of the application, loss or damage of the device, operating-system failures, storage corruption or other technical problems may result in the loss of locally stored documents.Joferval cannot guarantee the recovery of locally stored content after such events.
3. PERSONAL DATA
Simple Book Creator itself does not require users to provide their name, postal address, telephone number or other directly identifying personal information in order to use the application's writing features.However, the application includes third-party services that may automatically process certain information relating to the device, application usage, advertising and diagnostics.The fact that Simple Book Creator does not directly request personal information does not mean that no information whatsoever is processed by third-party services integrated into the application.

Simple Book Creator offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that removes advertisements from the application.Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.Joferval does not receive, process or store users' payment card numbers or banking credentials.Payment information is processed by Apple according to Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies.The price of an in-app purchase is displayed by the App Store and may vary according to country, currency, taxes and Apple's pricing rules.Once the purchase to remove advertisements has been successfully verified, Simple Book Creator stores or determines the user's entitlement through Apple's StoreKit system.Users may use the application's “Restore Purchases” function where applicable to restore eligible previous purchases associated with their Apple account.

Simple Book Creator may rely on third-party technologies and services provided by Apple and Google. These may include, among other services:

DATA RETENTION
