This Privacy Policy outlines the practices of HobbySoft (the "Developer", "we'', "us" or "our") concerning the collection, use and disclosure of information pertaining to application users.
The Simple Big Battery Widget mobile application ("Application") is built by HobbySoft and provided on an "as is" basis. This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through the Application, and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (we refer to them collectively in this Privacy Policy as the "Services"). In this Privacy Policy, we seek to explain to you what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect the following types of data:
Anonymous Information. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device characteristics, language preferences, country, approximate location, information about how and when you use our Application and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Application, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
Mobile Device Data. The Application may automatically collect device information such as your mobile device ID, name, model and manufacturer, operating system and version information.
Mobile Identifiers. When you are using our Application, it may also get your Google Advertising ID, for advertising or analytics purposes. The Google Advertising ID is an anonymous identifier, provided by Google Play services. You may opt out of receiving targeted ads on mobile devices by using platform level controls enabled through your device settings. For more information you should consult your device settings and instructions provided by your device manufacturer.
Personal Information. We do not collect any personal and sensitive user data from users through our Application.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTING THE INFORMATION?
We collect the information specified above in order to:
provide, develop, enhance, customize and improve the Services, based on the users' preferences, uses and interactions with the Services;
audit and track usage statistics and traffic flow;
perform research, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes;
respond to inquiries, feedback, support requests and questions;
detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
WITH WHOM WE SHARE INFORMATION?
We do not share personal information with third parties except as specifically consented by the user pursuant to this Privacy Policy or if required by applicable laws or court orders.
We share Anonymous Information with third parties, when this is required in order to provide, maintain or improve the Services and for the purposes detailed above, and only to the extent needed to provide such services.

The Application may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We can not guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to them. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from our Application. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
Unless we are instructed otherwise, we retain the information we collect for as long as needed to provide the Services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Based on the laws of some countries, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We use industry standard information security tools and measures, as well as internal procedures and guidelines to prevent information misuse and data leakage. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means and procedures to protect the information, which considerably reduces the risks of data misuse, we cannot guarantee that our systems will be absolutely safe. INFORMATION FROM MINORS
We do not knowingly solicit data from children under 18 years of age. By using the Application, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Application. If we later obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 18 years of age, we will take steps to remove that user's information from our systems.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
