Banyumas Regency built the Simpatik app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by the Banyumas Regency Government (Dinkominfo) at no cost and is intended for use as is for government administration and employee management.

Full Name and Employee ID (NIP/NIK).
Camera Access: Required for facial verification during the attendance (presensi) process.
Location Data (GPS): Required to verify your presence at the designated work zones of the Banyumas Regency Government offices.
The Application requires access to your device's camera to capture a photograph (selfie) for identity verification.
Nature of Data: We collect standard 2D image data (photographs). We do NOT collect, store, or process deep biometric facial maps, infrared data, or any data from Apple’s FaceID hardware.
Usage: The captured photo is used solely to verify that the person performing the attendance matches the registered employee profile in our secure internal database.
Storage & Retention: These images are transmitted securely via HTTPS to the Banyumas Regency Government’s internal servers. Data is retained only for as long as the user is an active employee.
Third-Party Sharing: We do NOT share facial data or photos with any third-party services, advertisers, or external individuals.
The Application collects precise or approximate location data from your device to verify your presence within the designated work zones (Geofencing) of the Banyumas Regency Government offices. This data is mandatory for the attendance feature to function correctly and is only accessed while the app is in use.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals (such as Firebase Analytics) due to the following reasons:

To provide the Service on our behalf;
To perform Service-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
