About Me

Hello! My name is Simon Skiles, but my name is also Q'ouarin. I am a unicorn pretending to be human for a while. Seems crazy? Not at all. You're pretending to be human for a while, too. We all are. I was born... well... a very long time ago, longer than the Earth has existed. I was also born in 1973. But I didn't start pretending to be Simon until 1989. Man, this is confusing. Let me explain.

When the unicorn race was created by the Children of God a very long time ago, I chose to live among them as one of them, a "caretaker" of sorts. We had lots of adventures and even helped win the Light War. Later on after we finished playing in the physical universe, we settled in the non-physical. I was approached 36 years ago and asked if I would be willing to come back to Earth, again, to do some things here to help both humanity and the people in Heaven. I sort of agreed. Been grumbling about it ever since I exchanged this body with its previous owner (walk-in) in 1989. Anyway, I've had lots of adventures as Simon Skiles, some fun, some not. Not sure what comes next, but I'm still waking up every day, so I guess I'm not done yet.

There are a number of unicorns walking around on Earth as humans right now. Magic surrounds you and *is* you, if you know how to look for it. If you ever find yourself in Bangor, Maine and you want to meet a unicorn who is playing "human," keep your eyes open. We might just meet.
