Hi, I’m Simon Schryvers
Sport has always been an important part of my life. I began with football and tennis, and later transitioned to korfball. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I took up running, which sparked a deeper interest in endurance sports. I eventually borrowed my grandfather’s old racing bike. That’s when I discovered triathlon—a sport that challenges me physically and mentally, and allows me to fully immerse myself. After a lot of hard work, I even became Belgian Junior Duathlon Champ!
In addition to my experience as an athlete, I study physiotherapy and rehabilitation sciences at KU Leuven . This gives me a solid scientific foundation to make training and coaching both practical and evidence-based.
My goal is to share that experience and knowledge with other athletes, but in a highly personal way. That’s why I intentionally work with only a few athletes at a time, ensuring each one gets the attention and feedback they need to train smarter, stronger, and more consistently.
