Databases

Termite UCE Database (TER-UCE-DB)

Centralization of termite UCE data and assignation of unique identification code. We invite researchers to communicate us the metadata relating to samples from which UCE data were extracted using the bait set made available on Dryad (Supplementary Data 5). This will ensure a long-term (re-)usability of all published data.

Termite Mitogenome Database (TER-MT-DB)

Centralization of termite mitogenome data and assignation of unique identification code. We invite researchers to communicate us the metadata relating to samples from which mitogenomes were submitted online.

Cockroach UCE Database (ROA-UCE-DB)

Centralization of Cockroach UCE data and assignation of unique identification code. We invite researchers to communicate us the metadata relating to samples from which UCE data were extracted using the bait set made available on Dryad (roaches-v1-master-probe-list-DUPE-SCREENED.fasta.gz). This will ensure a long-term (re-)usability of all published data.

Termite Sex Database (TER-SEX-DB)

Repository on which we plan to periodically update available data on termite demographics, including sex ratio and reproductive censuses. We invite researchers to join this initiative and share their dust-taking data with the termite scientific community.
