My creative practice moves across printmaking, film, photography, installation, and botanical processes. Rooted in faith, motherhood, nature, and contemplative making, the work explores attention, memory, embodiment, and the quiet relationship between inner and outer landscapes.
Through slow and material-led processes, I create works that invite reflection, stillness, and deeper forms of seeing. Much of the practice emerges from everyday life — from caregiving, walking, collecting, observing, growing, and making by hand.
The printmaking method I use is drypoint engraving. The paper I use is 300g Hahnemühle paper and each print is unique as it is handprinted by me with love and care. Sizes are variable and not larger than A3 unframed. Please enquire for specific dimensions. If you are interested in ordering a print; please email me the title. Please see FAQ for shipping and payment details. New Fine art prints to be added soon!
My film and moving-image works form part of my wider creative practice, extending the language of printmaking, landscape, embodiment, and contemplative attention into time-based form. These works often emerge through walking, observation, site-responsive practice, and the quiet documentation of natural and everyday rhythms.
As part of my PhD project, Tranquility, I created a short film as well as films documenting a workshop I hosted at The Space Between in Plettenberg Bay. Selected films from this project will be added here after examination.
