Hi! I am Simona Fryšová (née Hlavinková), presently a Ph.D. student at Department of Algebra, Charles University in the Czech Republic. My advisor is Pavlo Yatsyna, who currently leads research group SPTR (Statistical properties of totally real number fields).

About me: I love reading, and you can find some of my book reviews on my Goodreads account. When I’m not reading, I’m knitting or sewing. I also enjoy going to the theatre. A nice day begins with a cup of specialty coffee. I’m keen on Formula 1 and a few other sports. My husband is Filip Fryš. And yes, I’m also a mathematician. In fact, we both are.
