All orders must be placed before June 5, 2019 and will be ready for pickup at Simmzy's Burbank on June 7-10, 2019 during normal restaurant hours.

1 x The Only Surfer in Valdres - Norwegian Farmhouse Ale - 4.9%
We're using norwegian kveik yeast to ferment a sessionable food friendly farmhouse ale. We hopped with meridian and taiheke to accent the natural mint and tropical fruit notes of the yeast. All on a rustic grain bill of pilsner, rye, wheat and spelt.
1 x 2nd Anniversary Hazy IPA - (6.5% target)
Yes... we're finally breaking down and getting on the haze train. We're using our fun new kveik yeast and doing a full on high krausen dry hop with Belma, Amarillo and Huell Melon. Look out for a citrusy hop juice bomb!
1 x Crystal Cove Cream Ale - (5.5% target)
Crisp, clean and drinkable, this elevated lawnmower beer draws you in with subtle herbal spice notes and a snap of bitterness brings you in for the next sip. Crystal Cove is built on a base of Rahr Pilsner malt with some toasted corn and toasted rice. Hops include EKG’s and Sterian Golding.
