DocMana (“the App”) is a document scanning and organization tool designed to run fully offline. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.
The app does not collect personal data or send any data to external servers.
Scanned documents, OCR text, tags, and vaults are stored locally on your device.
The free version may display ads via Google AdMob, which may collect anonymous usage data as per Google’s Privacy Policy.
The app may request:
Camera access: To scan physical documents.
Storage access: To save or import documents.
These permissions are used only for the core functionality and are never used to access unrelated personal files.
All data is stored locally.
No cloud or server storage is used.
You are responsible for backing up your data, especially when uninstalling the app.
The app does not use analytics or tracking tools in the Pro version.
The Free version uses Google AdMob, which may collect anonymized diagnostic or interest-based data.
DocMana is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
6. Your Rights
Since DocMana does not store or process any personal data on external servers, your data remains entirely under your control. If you choose to delete the app, all associated data (documents, tags, OCR content) will be removed from your device.
If you use the Free version with ads, you may refer to Google’s Ad Personalization Settings to manage how your data is used by Google.
