I regularly participate in events organized by the Northwestern WOMXN IN ECONOMICS (WIE) , an undergraduate students' led organization seeking to uplift and empower underrepresented genders in economics. This year, I held a mini-course about pathways to getting a PhD and the opportunities offered by PREDOC. You can access my presentation here.

During my PhD, I was part of the Seminar Dynamics Collective, a group of almost 100 economists (mostly graduate students) who volunteered to analyze seminar dynamics and collect and code relevant data for the paper "Gender and the Dynamics of Economics Seminars" by Pascaline Dupas, Alicia Sasser Modestino, Muriel Niederle, Justin Wolfers & The Seminar Dynamics Collective. I recently wrote an article for the CSWEP Newsletter on his experience!

During my PhD, I served as Co-Chair of the BU WEOrg.  BU WEorg is a graduate student-led organization dedicated to the advancement of women in all stages of economic research.

In the Summer of 2019, we organized WERISE, a conference bringing together leading scholars for a comprehensive overview of research on the status of women in economics to reach a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by women in the profession and to spur ideas for concrete solutions.
