The usual estimated time of character commissions per piece is 1-2 weeks. if final commission will not be submitted within 2 months without contact you will get refunded.

I will always do my best to complete your commission within an agreement estimated time, if the commission is delayed due to any circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.

The final commission piece will be sent as PNG files via Google drive

The size and resolution of final commission depends on the work, starting canvas will be A4, Larger resolutions (up to 5000 x 5000 px) are available upon request for an additional fee.

Full payment before sketch for commission above 50$ you can split paying half before start and half before finishing

Cancelation during progress will not be refunded

Payments will be done with an invoice only (to prevent scammers)

Payment in USD and THB via Stripe/BMC/K Bank only, NO CRYPTO CURRENTCY or any kind of gift card and coupon

Commission will be updating every 1-3 days

Certain commission types may or may not include a sketch approval stage. Work in process will be sent via email or DM. Progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed.

After payment, I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept 2 complete revisions at the sketch stage. 1 adjustment during line art/base color stage, 1 minor adjustment in final stage

After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.

Additional revisions more than agreement will included additional fees (start as 5 usd)

Revisions due to my own errors in character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.

But please be note that some of the design elements will be simplified or stylization due to the artistic reason

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. To include commissioned work in portfolio or commission sheets example, therefor the commission posted on social media will be lower resolution with watermarks and client name included in the post

The client may not claim commissioned work as their own or use it for anything other than personal use. Posting with credit is preferred but not necessary.
