• The usual estimated time of character commissions per piece is 3-5 weeks, for Illustrations around 1 month. if final commission will not be submitted within 2 months without contact you will get refunded.

• I will always do my best to complete your commission within an agreement estimated time, if the commission is delayed due to any circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.

• The final commission piece will be sent as PNG files via Google drive

• The size and resolution of final commission depends on the work, starting canvas will be A4, Larger resolutions (up to 5000 x 5000 px) are available upon request for an additional fee.

• Full payment before sketch. for commission above 100$ you can split paying half before start and half before finishing

• Cancelation during progress will not be refunded

• Payments will be done with an invoice only

• Payment in USD via Stripe/BMC/paypal only, NO CRYPTO CURRENTCY or any kind of gift card and coupon

• Commission will be updating every week.

• After payment, I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept 2 complete revisions at the sketch stage. 2 adjustment during line art/base color stage, 1 minor adjustment in final stage.

• Work-in-progress updates will be sent via email or DM, and progress will pause until they are approved.

• Additional revisions more than agreement will included additional fees (start as 5 usd)

• Revisions due to my own errors in character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost. (please be note that some of the design elements will be simplified or stylization due to the artistic reason)

• The artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. To include commissioned work in portfolio or commission example, therefor all the commission posted on social media will be lower resolution with watermarks and client name included in the post

• The client may not claim commissioned work as their own or use it for anything beyond personal use. Posting with credit is appreciated but not required.

• No NFT and AI training

Commercial work

• Upon full payment, the client receives commercial usage rights for the commissioned artwork, meaning it can be used for marketing, merchandise, or profit-generating purposes.

Commercial use refers to any situation where the artwork is used to generate revenue, directly or indirectly. This includes, but is not limited to: 

• Product & Sales Use. Using the artwork on items or media intended for sale or profit, such as book covers, merchandise, or assets for your projects.

• Marketing & Promotional Use. Incorporating the artwork into advertisements, promotional materials, or social media content where the goal is to drive profit. Examples, YouTube thumbnails, Promotional art for social media post, or printed marketing materials.
