GO HAWKS
The Silver Hawk Support Trailer is available to all Lincoln Southwest Non NSAA organizations.
In order to secure use of the trailer your organization must complete the Trailer Use Request Form at least 48 hours in advance of your event. Earlier is better, so that date can be blocked off on the calendar for your organization. Trailer usage is first come first serve. You may fill the form out for multiple dates or for your season dates.
Your organization is responsible for securing a licensed and insured driver to haul the trailer. Driver will pick up and return the trailer from the far northwest corner of the back school parking lot.
Driver sign paperwork (User Agreement) before taking possession of the trailer. A copy of the driver's license and insurance card will need to be submitted to SHS either physically or digitally prior to taking possession of the trailer. The Driver will need to keep the log book in their possession during the hauling and fill out the log book throughout.
Director will need to sign paperwork (Rental Agreement) before taking possession of the trailer. You may fill the form out for multiple dates or for your season dates.
Keys and log book will be provided to the LSW Director/Sponsor upon possession of the trailer. The Director/Sponsor is responsible to unlock all items and keep track of the locks. At the end of use you are also responsible for securing the trailer in it’s parking space.
This includes:
locking the side door
locking the padlock on the back door
locking the hitch lock into place
placing the chock blocks in front of the tires
returning the log book, keys, and hitch pin to a SHS board member
Rental fees will apply. LSW Non NSAA Organization $25 Non LSW Organization $50
