Sensory Diary is designed to support autistic and ADHD users with emotional regulation, communication, and wellbeing tools. Your privacy and safety are extremely important to us.
1. Data Collection
Sensory Diary does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.
All information you enter into the app (including diary entries, emotions, notes, audio recordings, or settings) is stored locally on your device only.
We do not:
create accounts
require sign-in
upload data
sell data
share data
track usage
use analytics
use advertising SDKs
2. Local Storage Only
All data remains on your device and is never sent to us or any third party.
If you uninstall the app, your data may be deleted depending on your device settings.
Optional exports are created only when you choose to export them manually.
3. Permissions
The app may request the following permissions:
Microphone
Used only for optional voice recordings or speech features you choose to use.
Audio is stored locally on your device.
Storage / Files (if applicable)
Used only for saving or exporting diary backups.
No other permissions are used.
4. No Third-Party Services
Sensory Diary does not use:
Ads
Trackers
Analytics
Cloud storage
Social media SDKs
5. Children’s Privacy
Sensory Diary is safe for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
6. Your Control
Because all data stays on your device:
You control everything
You can delete entries anytime
You can uninstall the app at any time
