Order & Production Process: 

Inquiry

Receiving of inquiry is the first process.

An inquiry with full details of the product is the best way to get a fast quote which significantly saves time to get back on the customer’s requirements.

A detailed inquiry includes:

Quantity or actual pieces required in a different break-up.

Bag size with Width, Height & Gusset/Sides of the bag.

Fabric quality in Natural/ Dyed with a specific color, Laminated/ Un-laminated, Starched or Bleached.

Handle style with end-to-end size. Any other bag accessories/details.

Print artwork with a number of colors to be printed on each side. Positioning of artwork.

Shipping terms FOB, CIF, and CNF.

Sampling

Based on the approved layout proof we proceed to prepare the bag sample.

For dyed bags, we prepare a natural sample supported with a printed swatch of the dye color.

For bulk quantities, the printed samples are provided free of charge unless significant development costs are involved such as in-process or transfer print jobs.

For smaller orders, we have nominal sample development charges.

Purchase Order and Confirmation

An official Purchase Order document is needed for our banking purpose.

it helps to provide all parties involved with a sense of security in international trading.

Production

We maximize our capacity with heavy machinery and equipment

Finishing-Loose threads are removed and bags are flattened and shaped to provide a good finish.

The Checking-Each bag is individually checked for any defects.

Defective bags are rejected or altered.

Packing-Bags are packed in lots and placed in strong corrugated boxes

Shipping

Our shipping team shall arrange to ship the consignment as scheduled.
