Payment Policy

• Venmo or PayPal only

• Payment Plan:

  • Smaller commissions (stills $5-50): Full payment received upfront

  • Larger commissions (stills+animations $50+): 50% upfront and 50% upon completion

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available if artwork is less than 50% complete; includes a fee depending on size and workload of project

• No refunds if artwork is over 50% complete

Progress Updates

• Expect at least 2-3 updates before completion to ensure satisfaction

• Updates provided upon request

• Completion times vary depending on complexity of piece

  • Stills: up to a week

  • Short animations: 2 or more weeks

  • Longer animations: A month or more

Usage Rights

• Artwork is for personal use only; do not sell, trace, or use to train AI models

• Please credit me (@SilkySketches) when sharing the art online

  • You still may use art as profile pictures or banners as long as you credit somewhere
