Hello, everybody! My name is Luke, and I make videos on the internet. Ever since ~2013 when I started watching Minecraft videos on YouTube, I always wanted to make videos of my own. On August 6, 2016, I created my YouTube channel, then called LukeMaster06 and began uploading random, low-quality videos--usually Minecraft videos--commentated by my high-pitched prepubescent voice. It was during this period (whose videos have since been deleted or privated) where I released my most popular video: a tutorial on creating a Minecraft resource pack (funny joke there, algorithm).
Nowadays, I go by Silicontent and create a variety of videos: indie games, horror games, Minecraft, some Nintendo games, music (yes really), skits, and much, much more. I edit all my videos myself and put way too much time into that process. I also stream myself playing newly-released games or exploring the deepest reaches of the internet for the sake of content.
Feel free to stick around for more of my... um, "interesting happenings." Thank you for reading, and I'll see you in the next one. Bye!
"What does Silicontent mean?" I get this one a lot, so quick etymology time. "Silicontent" was coined by my sister while her and I were discussing a potential renaming of my YouTube channel (then called LukeMaster06). The name is a portmanteau of "silicon," referencing my interest in computers and technology, and "content," referencing that thing that I claim to make but really don't.
Throw those two words into a oven preheated to 350°F, cook for 30 minutes, let cool for 10, and serve!
For video suggestions, questions, or anything else, feel free to email me at public.silicontent@gmail.com.
I also have a public Discord server. Join our close-knit community for video announcements, "fun" "conversations," and more!
If you really want, I've set up a simple Google Form where you can send any message you want directly to me. Why? i dunno
