Hello! My name is Luke, and I make content for my YouTube channel called Silicontent. Ever since I started watching Minecraft YouTubers years ago, I had always wanted to make my own videos. So, I started out in 2016 as LukeMaster06 (having only recently changed my name) creating random, low-quality videos--mostly over Minecraft. My first (and, frankly, only) successful video was a tutorial on making a Minecraft texture pack. It's still up, with about 68K views, and I created a "remastered" version of that video a few years later.

Anyways, on to what I do now. I've slowed down my uploading, mostly due to lack of ideas/motivation (blah blah blah), but still occasionally make new videos. My videos range from good ol' Minecraft, to Nintendo games, to indie games from the Internet, and anything else I feel like playing that day. I also sometimes stream, and those streams normally involve exploring a random corner of the Internet before realizing how terrible of an idea it was to enter "wattpad.com" into the URL bar. But I digress.

Quick etymology time because people keep asking me what it means. "Silicontent" is a word first coined by my sister while her and I were brainstorming new channel names. I didn't like the tacky sound of "LukeMaster06," so that's why I changed it. Anyways, the word is a portmanteau of silicon (for my interest in technology and computers) and content (for the thing that I barely do anymore). Thus, Silicontent was born, and I quite like it.
