Our house comfortably holds 40 people, but we have occasionally hosted 50+.
We get the best attendance mid week. Parking can sometimes be a bit more challenging on Wednesdays (trash pickup on Thursdays).
We generally request a "$20 Suggested Donation". It all goes directly to the musicians. We do not monitor the donations basket or even count the money.
We sometimes host afternoon music workshops (including a potluck dinner) or jams after concerts, for musicians interested in sharing their talents with other musicians. Workshops require a separate donation, which may offer a discount for people also attending the concert. Jams are free to concert attendees.
We have one small, quiet, social dog, Chloe, a sweet miniature dachshund-chihuahua.
