The Silesian Open Judo Kata is an event that goes beyond the scope of a typical competition. It also includes training sessions, joint practices, and invaluable exchanges of experience.

Our priority is the development of Judo Kata, especially among children. That's why this year we are placing a special emphasis on the U11 age group.

For participants in the Nage-No-Kata U11 category, we have prepared three techniques as a single group: Uki-otoshi, Uki-goshi, and Sasae-Tsurikomi-Ashi. Additionally, children from this group will have the opportunity to perform the first group of techniques from Katame-no-Kata and Ju-no-Kata.
