This privacy policy applies to the Glow app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Nagehan Örgün (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use “AS IS.”
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
• Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address).
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
• The time spent on the Application.
• The operating system you use on your mobile device.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Face Data Collection and Use
The Application captures facial photos to provide beauty analysis and style recommendations. Details about this process are as follows:
• What face data does the app collect?
The Application only collects a photo of the user’s face. No additional biometric data (e.g., facial measurements or facial recognition data) is collected.
• How is face data used?
The face photo is processed within the Application to generate beauty analysis results. These results are displayed to the user for personal insights.
• Is face data shared with third parties?
The face photo is temporarily sent to OpenAI’s services for analysis. OpenAI does not store or retain this data. Beyond this, no third parties have access to the face photo or related data.
• Where is the face data stored?
Face photos are stored locally on the user’s device using UserDefaults. These photos are not uploaded to external servers, and they are deleted when:
• The user replaces the photo with a new one.
• The user uninstalls the Application.
• How long is face data retained?
Face data is only retained locally for as long as the user chooses to keep it. Once deleted or replaced, it is permanently removed.
Third-Party Access
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies for handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• OpenAI
Aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and its services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy may occur over time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of these changes.

Face Data Usage
The Application collects and uses facial photos to provide beauty analysis and style recommendations. These photos are stored locally on the user’s device and processed using OpenAI services. OpenAI does not retain this data. Face photos are deleted when the user replaces them with a new photo or uninstalls the Application. Face data is never shared with third parties beyond OpenAI, and no additional biometric data is collected.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
