Thank You for an Inspiring Semester – IBM2008 Data Analytics for Supply Chain

Dear Professor Dr. Sikder Kamr,

I hope you are doing well. Now that we have completed the final exam, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for an outstanding and truly meaningful semester in IBM2008 – Data Analytics for Supply Chain.(Fall 2025)

Throughout the course, your lectures and lab exercises gave us practical skills that are directly applicable to real industry work. From data cleaning with Power Query, to building pivot tables, performing moving averages, solving transportation problems with Excel, ABC analysis, and finally the Monte Carlo simulation, each topic built my confidence step by step.

I especially appreciated how you connected every lecture to real supply chain cases. This made complex analytics concepts easy to understand and showed us how these tools are used by professionals every day. Your clear explanations, patience, and passion for teaching made this one of the most valuable courses I have taken in the program.

Thank you again for your dedication, your guidance, and your support throughout the semester. I truly learned a lot, and I am grateful for everything you taught us.

Warm regards,

Zuochao (Michael) Huang
