San Isidro Integrated School, formerly San Isidro Elementary School started offering secondary level (Grade 7) since school year 2013-2014. It is one of the first elementary school to be converted into an integrated school in the Division of Cabanatuan. Integrated School (IS) as defined in the approved House bill entitled “An Act Ensuring Access To Free Secondary Education By Converting The Public Elementary Schools Into Integrated Schools” refers to “a public school that offers kindergarten, elementary and junior high school education and has unified instructional program: The IS may be expanded to include a senior high school education, as necessary, to be determined by the Department of Education (DepEd). It seeks to ensure access of elementary graduates to quality public high school education through the establishment of integrated schools providing complete basic education.
As per recent data of S.Y 2019-2020, SIIS has an enrollment of 901 elementary students and 863 junior high school students. San Isidro Integrated School is situated at Purok 4, Barangay San Isidro, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija Philippines.
