ITBP is deployed along border areas where limited resources are available climate remains harsh which affect adversely on the deployed troops. Therefore in order to mitigate the adverse impact on troops and to withstand adverse weather condition some technology is required to prevent freezing of water pipes and toilets during long winters, to keep the available accommodation warm, to provide troops an easily erectable light weight accommodation which can withstand the winters including chilled high velocity winds and can keep the inner space warm or unaffected from the outside weather.
