A: Each presentation is allocated 20 minutes in total, including time for questions.

A: We recommend keeping presentations within approximately 15 slides. There is no required slide format; please use whichever format works best for you and runs smoothly on your system.
Q: How will remote participants access the platform and share their screen?
A: A Zoom link will be provided by the conference organizers (not the workshop organizers) ahead of the event.
The link will be shared only with registered remote participants.
If the presenting author is not the registered participant, please coordinate internally among co-authors.
Workshop organizers will receive the link in advance.
The Zoom room will be opened slightly earlier, although extended testing time may not be available.
Q: What is the format for Q&A?
A: By default, questions from remote participants will be handled via chat, as participants will remain muted. Workshop organizers may decide to allow live interaction if appropriate.
