Sign-Up parties can be as simple or elaborate as you want them to be.  From a simple play date or picnic in the park to a 5-course dinner, a sign-up party just needs to be any event that brings together the SPSL community for a good time.  

When you agree to host a Sign-Up Party, here's what you can expect:

• The Sign-Up Party committee will reach out to you to gather party details.

• We will publish your party in the fundraiser materials and on the website.

• Promote your party!  Talk to others at SPSL about the party you will be hosting and encourage them to buy a spot at the party during the Fall Fundraiser. (Purchasing a spot at the parties ONLY happens at the fundraiser.)

• Attend the Fundraiser event if you can and continue to promote your party and buy spots at other parties. These parties are a great time!! Spots at the sign-up parties are sold ONLY the night of the fundraiser.

• After the fundraiser, a member of the Sign-Up Party committee will send you a list of the guests who purchased spots at your party, along with the guests contact information.

• Contact your guests as soon as possible to thank them for purchasing your party and provide general date details (if the dates/times are not all worked out yet, that's okay. Just give them an acknowledgement of the purchase and let them know you'll be in touch again.

• Finally, host your party and have a great time!  I usually follow up after the party again to say thanks for attending.
